Jo recently joined the CELC team in January of 2017. She has BA in Psychology with a concentration in Elementary Education from Utica College and an MA in Literacy Education from SUNY Cortland. Jo has 9 years of experience guiding and leading teachers in the field of Early Childhood education.
Brittany joined the CELC in May of 2009 as an Assistant Teacher in the Den. She became the Executive Assistant in May of 2017. Brittany received her Child Devleopment Associate Credential with a concentration in Infants & Toddlers.
Mary joined the CELC in September of 2015 as a teacher in the SACC program. She has been in the field of early childhood education for 6 years. In February of 2017 Mary was promoted to School Age Coordinator. Mary is currently working towards her Child Development Associate Credential. She enjoys creating fun and exciting programs for our school age children.
Ms. Sue joined the CELC in September of 1988. Sue has an AAS in Human Services with a concentration in Child Care from Mohawk Valley Community College. Sue has worked with children of all ages and has a natural ability to connect with each child in her care. Sue is a mentor teacher with a passion for child development and teaching. She is one of our most seasoned and dedicated teachers.
Ms. Ann Marie joined the CELC in June of 2016. Ann Marie was an in home day care provider for several years and has over 12 years of classroom experience. She earned her Child Development Associate Credential in February of 2013 with a concentration in Infants & Toddlers. Ann Marie enjoys working with our youngest group of children.
Ms. Liz joined the CELC in October of 2014. Liz has over 16 years of experience working with toddlers. She is knowledgeable in the importance of classroom design and has a thorough understanding of child development and classroom management. Liz has the natural ability to get on each child's level, getting to know them as individuals and establishing a positive and warm relationship. Ms. Liz is currently working towards her Child Development Associate Credential with a concentration in Infants and Toddlers.
Ms. Shannon joined the CELC in April of 2017. Shannon has a BA in American Sign Language from Keuka College and an AA in General Studies from Onondaga Community College. She has 8 years of experience working with young children. She has been a wonderful addition to our team.
Ms. Vickie joined the CELC in July of 2011. She has an AA from Mohawk Valley Community College. Vickie has been teaching children in the field of early childhood for 24 years. Ms. Vickie enjoys seeing the growth and progress of the children in her classroom over the year. One of her true joys is receiving and giving lots of hugs and kisses.
Ms. Amanda joined the CELC in July of 2015. She graduated from Clinton Central School District in 2008. Ms. Amanda has over 8 years of experience working in the field of early childhood education. She enjoys all aspects of the classroom, one of her favorite things to teach is art.
Ms. Paige joined the CELC in May of 2017. She has BS in Speech-Language Pathology and Audiology with a minor in Health Policy and Management from Ithaca College. Paige has 2 years of experience working in the field of early childhood. She enjoys working and learning side by side with the children in her classroom.
Ms. Diane joined the CELC in September of 2009. Diane has over 29 years of experience working with children. She loves working with the children in her classroom. She has the natural ability to have meaningful and engaging conversations with children. She enjoys watching the children grow and gain the knowledge and the skills needed for Kindergarten.
Ms. Cassie joined the CELC in March of 2017. She is currently attending Mohawk Valley Community College, majoring in General Studies, Liberal Arts and Sciences. Cassie has 3 years of experience working with children. She is a favorite among the children in our SACC program and enjoys helping out in our Early Childhood classrooms as well. She has been a wonderful addition to our team!
Ms. Haley joined the CELC in March of 2016. She graduated from Madison Central School in June 2015. She is currently working toward her Child Development Associate Credential. Haley enjoys working with the school age children and having fun with them.
